Bookings are preferred as class sizes are small. Discounts are available when paying for a block of 5 or more classes.

Sequences and movements to offer you a sense of feeling grounded and balanced, ready for the week ahead.

Pregnancy Yoga
5pm - 6pm Mondays
Nurture yourself with gentle yoga, to ease you through pregnancy and prepare for labour. Connect with other mums to be and create space for yourself. Breathing , relaxation and meditation.

9.30am- 11am Thursdays
Start the day feeling great. Move with awareness of your body, create harmony within. Flowing movements of Dru Yoga bring strength, vitality, flexibility.

A space to enjoy and connect to your yoga practice. Located in a quiet business area, with parking right out front. The yoga room is carpeted and has windows letting in soft, natural light

Chair Yoga
A gentle practice to help find mobility in a way that is soft and gentle. Providing all the benefits of a regular yoga class whilst using a chair for support.

Private, group and corporate classes

Yoga with Fiona classes and programs for your corporate team events, special occasions, functions & well-being seminars. Yoga classes can be stylised to include mindfulness and meditation practices. Contact Fiona to discuss location and cost.
Yoga Therapy
​
A one-on-one session where we work together using a broad range of yoga techniques to help identify areas to work on and improve. Whether it be for physical limitations, recovery from injury, emotional well-being, or to create a yoga program to practice at home that assists in building your confidence to attend a regular group class. Yoga therapy offers a wholistic approach in all areas of the practice.
Recovery and Support
Combining movement and meditation,
this class offers a way of relaxing the body and calming our mind. Perfect those looking for an alternative to a strong yoga practice.
With the support of a chair and props, Fiona will take you through gentle movements and guided meditations.
This class is particularly beneficial for anyone limited in day-to-day movement, recovering from illness, surgery or simply looking for a gentle approach to exercise with the added benefit of meditation.
