Yoga and Therapy
A one on one session where we work together using a broad range of yoga techniques to help identify areas to work on and improve. Whether it be for physical limitations, recovery from injury, emotional well-being, which also covers anxiety or stress, yoga therapy offers a wholistic approach.

With the support of a chair, Fiona will take you through gentle movements and guided meditations.
This class is particularly beneficial for anyone limited in day to day movement , recovering from illness , surgery or simply looking for a gentle approach to exercise with the added benefit of meditation.
