The Private Session allows you to dive deeper into yoga practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you reconnect and rejuvenate your body. This is a popular one, so go ahead and book today.

 An online class either live or recorded can offer you the opportunity to enjoy yoga in the comfort of your home, workspace or wherever you might be on your travels. Perfect for those that are unable to get to a class.

I’ve been passionately teaching yoga in the Southern Highlands and Wollondilly Shire since 2004. I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. This guides my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and with their surroundings. I offer classes and private yoga sessions, as well as a yoga therapy based approach to help my clients achieve healthier bodies and minds.

Beautiful garden studio with a leafy outlook and comfortable year round temperature.

Bookings are  preferred as class sizes are small. Discounts are available when paying for a block of 5 or more classes.

Drop-in classes are $25. 

Dru Yoga Flow and Stretch 

6-15pm 7.30pm Mondays

Sequences and movements to offer you a sense of feeling grounded and balanced, ready for the week ahead.  

Pregnancy Yoga

5pm - 6pm Mondays

Nurture yourself with gentle yoga, to ease you through pregnancy and prepare for labour. Connect with other mums to be and create space for yourself. Breathing , relaxation and meditation.

9.30am- 11am Thursdays

Start the day feeling great. Move with awareness of your body, create harmony within. Flowing movements of Dru Yoga bring strength, vitality, flexibility.

Wind down from your day, stretch out, breathe and relax. 

Chair Yoga - Brand New Class

1.30pm - 2.30pm Thursdays

Find mobility in a way that is gentle and also really supportive and beneficial. Perfect for anyone.

A space to enjoy and connect to your yoga practice. Located in a quiet  business area, with parking right out front. The yoga room is carpeted and has windows letting in soft, natural light

Yoga with Fiona offers a gentle practice that helps to create body awareness,  flexibility and balance.  To give you strength and confidence to take you into your day & your week in a calm and mindful way.

Drop in classes are $25. Term and multi-pass discounts offered. Mats provided.

A gentle practice with strengthening sequences that help you to feel balanced, grounded, strong and relaxed.

Monday 1.30pm - 2.30pm

Chair Yoga 

A gentle practice to help find mobility in a way that is soft and gentle. Providing all the benefits of a regular yoga class whilst using a chair for support. 

Meditation Class

Private, group and corporate classes

Yoga with Fiona classes and programs for your corporate team events, special occasions, functions & well-being seminars. Yoga classes can be stylised to include mindfulness and meditation practices. Contact Fiona to discuss location and cost.

Senior Physiotherapy

Yoga Therapy

A one-on-one session where we work together using a broad range of yoga techniques to help identify areas to work on and improve. Whether it be for physical limitations, recovery from injury, emotional well-being, or to create a yoga program to practice at home that assists in building your confidence to attend a regular group class. Yoga therapy offers a wholistic approach in all areas of the practice.

this class offers a way of relaxing the body and calming our mind. Perfect those looking for an alternative to a strong yoga practice.

With the support of a chair and props, Fiona will take you through gentle movements and guided meditations.

This class is particularly beneficial for anyone limited in day-to-day movement, recovering from illness, surgery or simply looking for a gentle approach to exercise with the added benefit of meditation.
